The Final Push
We could not be any more proud of each and every one of you. This hasn't always been easy and there have been obstacles we have had to overcome. PERSEVERANCE, was the focus this week and all of you have certainly demonstrated this character strength over the last couple of months! We are almost there and coming down the home stretch! We still have quite a few bags that were not picked up this week. If you happened to miss your pick-up you will be able to come in on Monday, June 8 from 8:00 am -12:00 pm to obtain your belongings. We ask that you enter through the gym doors (this will be clearly labeled), to locate your belongings. Please be sure to visit the lost and found!
Budget Vote
All ballots are due by Tuesday, June 9th at 5:00 p.m. If you can't get your ballot in the US mail by tomorrow (Saturday, June 6th, at the very latest), it is recommended that you drop your ballot in the ballot box that will be located in the District Office foyer on Monday, June 8th from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 pm or Tuesday, June 9th, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The District Office is located at 300 Sanderson Drive. Coming Together!
A big thanks to Mrs. Clark (principal at Onondaga Road Elementary) for sharing this link with us! Saturday morning at 10:00 am CNN and Sesame Street will be hosting a Town Hall for kids and families! The overview suggests the show will talk to kids about racism, the recent nationwide protests, embracing diversity, and being more empathetic and understanding. Please feel free to check out the website to see how to view the Town Hall and submit questions!
Grade 5 Recognition Parade
We are very excited and looking forward to our "Grade 5 Recognition Celebration Drive-Through Parade," scheduled for Tuesday, June 16 from 10 am -12 am!
